Abstract.
Liquid phase oxidation of n-pentane without oxidate
water-acid layer withdrawal from the oxidation zone, with
oxidate water-acid layer withdrawal from the oxidation zone
and by stages oxidation of the n-pentane with the oxidate
water-acid layer withdrawal from the oxidation zone was
studied at the temperature 165o C and pressure 5.06 MPa. It
has been determined that total selectivity of formation of
lower carboxylic acids increases 1.46 times the size,
propionic acid 2.28 times the size and formic acid 1.2 times
the size at by stages liquid phase oxidation of the n-pentane
with the oxidate water-acid layer withdrawal from the
oxidation zone comparing with ordinary oxidation of n-pentane.
A new technological line of formic, acetic and propionic
acids obtaining by the by stages liquid phase oxidation of
light hydrocarbon fractions with the oxidate water-acid
layer withdrawal from the oxidation zone is offered. |

Abstract.
A new
burner of a slot type for obtaining fine-dispersed silicium
dioxide by silicium tetrachloride high-temperature pyrolysis
in water-air mixture is offered here. Urgency of such type
burners use is considered. The sketch of the burner is given.
The technique of fine-dispersed silicium dioxide obtaining
by silicium tetrachloride pyrolysis using the slot type
burner is described. The advantages of the slot type burner
over the tubular type burner are shown |

Synopsis. A
new production line of copper laminated plastic obtaining on
the basis of modified thermoreactive polystyrene is
suggested here. Utilization of modified thermoreactive
polystyrene for copper laminated plastic manufacturing makes
it possible to obtain cheap plastic with good physical,
chemical and dielectric properties. Utilization of such
plastic in consumer electronic devices and other high
voltage electric objects manufacturing makes it possible to
increase reliability of their operation and service
properties. Application of the modified thermoreactive
polystyrene for copper laminated plastic manufacturing
requires considerable change of the existing industrial
production line for such plastic obtaining. The offered
production line for copper laminated plastic obtaining on
the basis of modified thermoreactive polystyrene consists of
units for polysterene obtaining and plastic manufacturing.
The unit for copper laminated plastic manufacturing includes
steps cleaning and degreasing of a copper plate and glass
fibre, application of the modified polystyrene on the copper
foil and on the fibre glass, a stage of by stages warm-up of
the polystyrene applied on the copper foil and glass fibre,
a stage of moulding and cutting of the laminated polystyrene.
A scheme of the production line for copper laminated plastic
manufacturing on the basis of the modified thermoreactive
polystyrene and tentative production conditions of all
stages and units are also given here.
